Postpartum Plan
This is a 12 week “rehab with me” program created specifically for the early postpartum mom — whether recovering via vaginal or c-section delivery! Even though this was a program designed to start week one after birth, it’s never too late to start! It’s most suited for moms who are 6 months postpartum or less and have not returned to intentional exercise or are having trouble activating their deep core muscles! There is so much benefit to be gained by implementing intentional rehab following the birth of your baby! This plan does not replace the benefits of in person 1-on-1 pelvic floor PT but can also be used outside of the postpartum season if recovering from abdominal or pelvic floor surgery. This is a great tool to use whether you are currently seeing a pelvic PT in the postpartum period or if you don’t have access to a pelvic PT! This course consists of:
Trouble shooting videos to help you understand how to connect with your deep core
20 minute or less follow-along rehab videos led by pelvic floor physical therapist, Katelyn Bosch PT, DPT
Proactive exercises that focus on the deep core and total body strength/mobility that are also great for improving diastasis recti and/or prolapse!
Week-by-week walking to run program guidelines
Education on early postpartum goals in relation to bowel/bladder/nutrition/hydration
Progressive exercises that will help prepare you to return to lifting, running, or just life as a busy mom!
Guidelines on scar tissue mobility for both vaginal and c-section moms
A program backed by research and Katelyn’s clinical expertise as a pelvic PT

A Little About the Creator…
Katelyn is a mom of 4, wife, and a pelvic floor physical therapist. She has over 80 hours of educational training specific to the deep core and has been a pelvic floor PT for 6+ years. She has experienced the postpartum period many times and understands the challenges of returning back to exercise or even just the challenge of fitting it in the day! She found that it was easier to implement exercises that were more of a “follow along” pace but knew there weren’t many programs that were this style AND led by a pelvic floor physical therapist to provide cues for the deep core! Her goals in creating this program were to help meet moms at home and provide weekly intentional/progressive exercises specific to their bodies postpartum!
