Core & Contour

Core & Contour is a ladies-only mat Pilates class designed to strengthen your deep core, improve posture, and sculpt lean muscle in a supportive, encouraging environment. Whether you're a busy mom, returning to exercise, or simply looking for an effective full-body workout, this class will help you move with greater strength, confidence, and control. 

Each session focuses on: 

* Strengthening your deep abdominal and postural muscles

* Improving balance, stability, and body awareness

* Sculpting and toning the arms, legs, glutes, and core

No Pilates experience is necessary -- all fitness levels are welcome. All equipment provided. Participants must be able to get up/down on the floor.
