Mom & Me Yoga (Ages 7+)

June 16th - 7:00 pm

Join us for a fun Mom & Me Yoga class designed for moms and kids (ages 7+) to move, stretch, and grow together! This class is a great way to introduce kids to the joys of movement while encouraging body-positive language and self-confidence.

Prenatal Yoga Class

June 30th - 7:00 pm

For expecting moms! Move through safe and effective yoga that will build strength, relieve pain, and prepare your body for birth!

Baby & Me Yoga

July 7th 9:00am

For moms and babies (6 months and under)! Bond with your baby while gently restoring your body through Baby & Me Yoga! This special class is designed for mamas to incorporate gentle yoga postures, breath work, and playful interaction with your little one. July 7th 9:45am: Following our Baby & Me Yoga, we have a special guest at The Fem PT. Join us for a special play class led by Thriving Babies pediatric physical therapist, Morgan Pfaff. Postpartum & Pelvic Floor Restore

Attention all ladies 6 weeks postpartum and beyond! Join us for a transformative yoga class led by yoga instructor, Heather Salvia, and pelvic floor PT, Dr. Katelyn Bosch. This yoga class will focus on helping postpartum moms transition back to essential movements as well as teach key concepts to postpartum recovery as it relates to the pelvic floor and deep core. Book your spot now for a journey to rejuvenation and empowerment!

Yoga Classes

Led by our amazing yoga instructor, Heather Salvia, with a maximum all-ladies class size of 10 people. See above to read about the class series we are currently/will be offering! Pre-book online to make sure you have a reserved spot!

These classes are a vinyasa style - vinyasa means "movement with breath" and is for all levels class, with modifications and progressions depending on where we are meeting you that class. The focus areas are strength (upper body, lower body, core, full body), balance (unilateral work), core (strength, suppleness, and stability), mobility (promoting healthy range of motion balanced with stability in the synovial joints), flexibility (promoting elasticity and extensibility in the muscles), and fascial fitness (conditioning the deeper tissues of the body and helping your fascial system to structure your skeleton to healthy movement and postural patterns)
