Treatments Include:
Private one-on-one treatment sessions with a Pelvic Health Doctor of Physical Therapy. Evaluations and treatments are performed in the comfort of the patient's home or at our clinic location right off of Leesville Road. Treatment times and frequency will vary based on the patient's individual conditions and needs. Our physical therapists’ typical treatment frequency ranges from 1-4 sessions (spaced out over time as indicated). Patients will be given individualized home exercise programs, in-depth education, and simple lifestyle modifications to assist with reduction of symptoms. Ongoing communication and care occurs with the patient, physical therapist, and physician.

Dry Needling Services
Patients who have dry needling as part of their physical therapy session: $30 (in addition to the physical therapy treatment cost)
Patients who would like to have a single 30 minute dry needling session outside of a planned physical therapy treatment time: $65
**CANCELATION POLICY: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $50. This applies to all in home and virtual appointments whether paying per time of service or with service package.

3 Session Package: Initial evaluation/treatment & 2 follow up sessions - $495
4 Sessions Package: Initial evaluation/treatment & 3 follow up sessions - $630

PRENATAL GROUP package: Are you and your girlfriends pregnant at the same time? Katelyn offers a 2-hour group session package for group sizes ranging from 3 minimum to 6 maximum. (Group sizes 3-4 women: $100/person) (Group sizes 5-6 women: $90/person)
Group session can take place at the clinic or participant’s home.
This is an interactive birth class like no other as it comes from the perspective of a pelvic PT! Focus is on pregnancy, labor/delivery, and postpartum. Katelyn typically educates on prenatal exercise, injury prevention, coordination of deep core, pre-labor prep (including perineal massage education, labor/delivery positions, and “pushing” mechanics), and early postpartum recovery/exercise. Session topics can be modified based on group’s interests if specified.
**We are an out of network group and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at time of service via cash, check, debit/credit card. FSA/HSA cards also accepted and a Super Bill can be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement request.
** We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid insurances and cannot provide a superbill for these insurances.
** Flexible payment plans are an option for individual services upon request.

** Packages are non-refundable and must be used within 9 months of first session. Package plans expire after this time frame.
