Deep Tissue Massage
Provides relaxation as slow, firm pressure is applied to release the tension of your muscles. Deep tissue massage focuses on massaging the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia to loosen the muscles.

Reflexology Massage
A holistic healing modality involving massage therapy and pressure of the reflex points on the feet. Reflexology focuses on direct pressure of specific points on the feet that mirrors body regions, organs, and skeletal structures, which in return, helps alleviate stress, tension, sleeplessness, anxiety, mild forms of depression, and can be used as a preventative measure against ill health.
15 minute add on (can only be added to therapeutic, deep tissue, postpartum massage) - $25

Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
Provides optimal comfort for the mother and baby. Prenatal & postpartum massage reduces stress and addresses discomfort associated with pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

Labor Encouragement Massage
90 minutes - $150
This specialized massage is a natural and non-invasive way to encourage promotion of spontaneous labor. It includes the use of blended essential oils to assist with stimulating contractions, soft tissue massage, and stimulation of acupressure points. Benefits of this massage include:
Improving space in the sacrum so that baby can descend into your pelvis
Stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest system)
Decrease in stress hormones which improve production of oxytocin
Improved relaxation - all of which assists in promotion of natural labor encouragement.
This massage is performed at 39+0 weeks or after, unless you are trying to avoid a medical induction on a case-by-case basis.
Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy is a barefoot massage modality in which the therapist utilizes their feet and gravity to deliver a deep, broad pressure. Parallel bars are stationed above the table to provide support, balance, and safety. This allows the therapist to deliver 3 times the pressure than a regular hands-on massage session.

Ashiatsu is not recommended for clients experiencing heart, respiratory, or circulation issues.
Along with any conditions of advanced diabetes, recent surgeries or injuries, compromised
immune system, pregnancy, or trying to concieve.
**CANCELATION POLICY: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $50. No show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service fee for the scheduled session.
** Packages are non-refundable and must be used within 9 months of first session. Package plans expire after this time frame.
