Bump & Build Prenatal Workout Series

Bump & Build is a small-group prenatal workout series designed for women in their 1st and 2nd trimester who want a safe, effective way to stay strong and ease pregnancy discomfort. With just 5 participants, each session offers personalized coaching, exercise modifications, and a supportive, low-pressure environment. The 6-week program includes weekly in-person classes that will make you sweat, at-home workouts to keep you moving, and tips on hydration and prenatal nutrition. We also offer a flexible “grace” policy—one skip and one make-up class—because we know pregnancy can be unpredictable. More than just a workout, it’s a chance to connect with other moms and build your village. Space is limted so sign up today!
