This 6 week program is designed for graduates of the "Restore | Reconnect | Rebuild" postpartum workout plan series OR for ladies who have graduated pelvic floor rehab and have a good understanding of the deep core. Learn how to incorporate your deep core/pelvic floor with these moderate intensity workouts that require dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a readiness to take it to the next level after rehab!

This course includes:

  • Trouble shooting videos to help you understand how to connect with your deep core

  • 8 - 40 minute workout videos led by pelvic floor physical therapist, Katelyn Bosch PT, DPT

  • The “next step” after graduating pelvic PT rehab with more challenging exercises for diastasis recti and/or prolapse!

  • 2 mobility focused exercise videos

  • Exercises that implement the deep core and total body strength/mobility

  • 6 week printable calendar to complete the #GFWM challenge

  • Education on daily goals in relation to bowel/bladder/nutrition/hydration

  • Circuit training exercises that implement strength, cardio, and core specific exercise
