Do I need special equipment? For the first couple of weeks, no equipment is needed. However, after that having 5-15 lb weights are recommended as you get stronger and progress!
How long is the program? Structured like a 12-week plan but you go as fast or slow as you want.
How soon postpartum can I start this plan? This program is designed for you to begin as soon as you are ready after birth. There are so many intentional/gentle movements and lifestyle habits to implement early on that can help you start feeling less pain/improved healing/improved core connection faster! However, this program is also well suited for postpartum moms who didn’t start right away and just want to be intentional about building their pelvic floor/deep core foundation to return to exercise intentionally or stop symptoms!
